Aromatherapy Massage easy recipes you can make in minutes
There's nothing like an aromatherapy massage to cure what's wrong. Or at least make things bad disappear for a while. Life is so difficult these days, we all have to take time to eliminate stress, both mentally and physically.
Massage is one of the best ways to relieve stress because it promotes deep relaxation, while meeting our need of caring, nurturing touch. Research shows that massage reduces anxiety, tension, depression and pain. And it increases relaxation, healthy mental agility, creativity and general welfare. Even strengthens the immune system!
When combined with aromatherapy massage, which radically increase their effect. Essential Oils are powerful substances that promote healing on many levels – stimulating the immune system, nerve-soothing, relaxing muscle and hormone balance to name a few … the list goes on.
Just for fun, try this experiment: Get massage with an unscented Massage Oil, either professionally or a partner. Then get an aromatherapy massage with one of the recipes below. Note: If you buy massage oil, make sure the oil is made with Pure Essential natural – no synthetic Fragrance Oil. See what type of massage is more relaxing.
With just a few simple ingredients, you can easily make your own aromatherapy massage oil blend. And with these recipes easy aromatherapy massage, you can have (or give) a massage whenever you want, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Here are some quick, easy to aromatherapy massage recipes to get you started. Do not be afraid to use essential oils that you really love – often if you are especially attracted to a scent that is because Your Body needs something you have (the hormonal balance, for example!)
A note of caution: before using any Essential Oil, do your research! Essential oils are powerful substances and should be treated with respect. Women pregnant should take special care when using essential oils in aromatherapy massage, in fact, it is recommended that essential oils are applied to the skin at all during the first quarter.
That said, on to the recipes … Here we go!
Relaxing Massage Oil Lavender Aromatherapy Mixture
This floral lavender aromatherapy massage oil blend of relaxing inside and out. It works on the nerves, muscles and hormones to soothe, calm and peaceful. A perfect night-time massage, especially if you suffer from insomnia! Note: Omit the chamomile if you are allergic to ragweed.
24 drops Lavender Essential oil
4 drops essential oil of rosewood
1 drop of essential oil of rose geranium
1 drop of chamomile essential oil
4 tablespoons (60 ml) apricot kernel oil or grapeseed
Aromatherapy Sensual Massage Blend of Sandalwood oil
This spicy, sensual massage with aromatherapy oils mixture is heated up in the best way! Its smooth yet spicy aroma lifts your mood and at the same time ease the nerves tight, stressed. You are left feeling warm, relaxed and receptive. Enjoy!
22 drops Sandalwood essential oil
5 drops of essential oil of Sweet Orange
1 drop of essential oil of patchouli
1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
1 drop of essential oil of ginger
4 tablespoons (60 ml) apricot kernel or grape seed oil
Caution: sweet orange essential oil may cause photosensitivity and burns Sun. Do not use before sun exposure. Ginger can irritate Sensitive Skin, which is why it is in a low concentration. If you are exceptionally sensitive, let out.
Sweet Citrus Aromatherapy Massage Oil Blend
This happy aromatherapy massage oil has a sweet and sour mix, fruity citrus scent that is sure to cheer you up. Citrus oils are especially good to lift the spirits, while at the same time, taking advantage in front of his finger in the wound, hum. Use it when you are irritable or stressed miserably – the combination of oil and touch is magic!
14 drops of bergamot essential oil
10 drops grapefruit essential oil
5 drops of essential oil Palmarosa
1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
4 tablespoons (60 ml) apricot kernel oil or grapeseed
Caution: Bergamot and Grapefruit essential oils can cause photosensitivity and sunburn. Do not use before sun exposure.
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle. (I suggest use an oil or lotion with a filler cap to prevent spillage.)
Wait at least 24 hours after mixing to allow aromas that "the Priest". Remember to keep the bottle in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
That's it – It's that simple! You spend five minutes preparing your mix … and more time enjoying!

Home Salt Body Scrub?
Hello I was thinking of doing some Sea Salt body scrub, so I had to keep buying, but I am a first timer I was looking for some tips. First, does anyone know the proper ratio of salt to oil? All websites I say different things. I received 1:1, 1:3, 2:1, and so on second place., Fragrances, I can use Home Fragrance oil (such as those found in Bath and Body Works or The Body Shop) instead of aromatherapy essential oils Finally grade?, "I can use food coloring to the color of the Salt Scrub resulting? Thanks in advance!
I think you are seeing different suggestions for the proportions because the base materials are different. The salt is not sea salt Not Epsom salt. These will have different textures and have varying amounts of water. Just try a 1:1 ratio and go from there. About the fragrance, you are making a product for use on the skin, why use something synthetic when you can use essential oils and do something really nice and customized for your skin? About dye, tint not yourself or the tub! There are some colors out there that are intended for use in the bathroom that does not stain the fiberglass or you. Consider these leaaving out what the stain is doing for you anyway?
