Rare and Exotic Garden to plant perennial Landscape
The term "perennial plant, it simply means that the plant returns following severe freezes, to grow again next year. The evergreen trees are resistant to cold test by nature, some trees are evergreens and do not go dormant, but merely postponed for several seasons, and other shade trees in onset and shed leaves. Tree growth of shade trees may stop the especially in extremely cold climates, but in the spring, rises with buds that open into flower and leaf out.
Great difficulties arise in the allocation of a plant, "perennial", especially since the main factor, temperature range varies from year to year, and every century the extreme cold temperatures can erase certain plant populations that have survived in areas before for decades or even centuries sometimes. A perennial plant may be a survivor, so a "perennial" for a particular area of growth, then suddenly may become extinct in that area growing. The USDA has constructed a zone map that reveals the average temperature achieved by the location in your state. This map is a tool used to predict whether a plant nursery perennial will live (cold hardy) in your area.
