As some of you know, I'm based in Los Angeles, where we have one of the most severe heat waves in recent history.
In general, no more my area warmer than the high 80s to low 90s. Yesterday – it hit 100 degrees. The sun, literally, "registered" when you left.
We decided that needed to escape the infernal heat, even briefly. Therefore, it was time for a night out near the coast.
We met my sister and her husband at Casablanca Restaurant in Venice Beach. The owner was a big fan of the movie, so he designed his restaurant to look like the dream of a fan. Parking spaces are still "reserved" for the stars of the film. We parked at the scene of Bogart!
The food is Mexican, but stressed fish and shellfish than traditional Mexican restaurant. I had a delicious grilled swordfish and steamed broccoli, garnished with white rice and cheese. Swordfish comes with a salsa of Your Choice. I went with baby shrimp, mushrooms, California chiles, basil and white wine sauce – on the side.
Diet Friendly
Swordfish fresh and perfectly grilled. Slightly crisp on the outside, tender and moist inside. I took a spoonful of the tasty sauce and place it on the side. Era perfect for dipping in – but I went easy on her. It was definitely creamy inside, "alarm calories" was leaving.
Rice was tasty enough, but with the cheese topping, I limited myself to a bite, only. And really, was not lost. Swordfish and deliciously steamed broccoli were more than enough. In short, a diet quite easy (and definitely tasty) food.
Unfriendly Diet
The CELESTIAL traditionally Hand Made (right in her dining room) flour tortillas. It was a struggle, but I limited myself to one and a half (my sister and to share, I) and no butter. I smeared the delicious green sauce that comes with it on my plate and dipped the tortilla on it. Not entirely pleasant diet, but satisfying and delicious. And definitely worth the calories Further, as long as make sure the gym working out!
The final verdict? This is definitely a place that will return a. It is hard to find restaurants that are moderately priced and have a menu that makes staying in your diet is not only easy, but very very delicious.

I want to start a business?
well I've been thinking about starting a small business, just on the side. nothing too big. ive been a vegetarian since fifth grade, and I've recently learned to knit and I like the idea of crafting eco-friendly/vegan-friendly accessory is genuine. I spread the word about animal cruelty, and promote going veg. im only 14, soon to be 15 any advice would be greatly appreciated (: I wanted to try a small animal shelter, but mom says my two ferrets and guinea pig is enough for now pets (x i plan on finding out everything you need to know and look into it, I'm not so sure I want to time a store or a store online yet. I want the best in the end make clothes too, indie / vintage i probably can sew, too. im kind of a "jack of all '(x
